[gridengine dev] cloud hosted buildbot host

Hi folks,

A few days ago I built an Amazon t1.micro instance cloud server (the 
smallest and cheapest virtual server slice you can currently get, very 
price effective...) for one of my other open source projects.

Initial experiments are going well, the t1.micro server seems ideal for 
buildbot as the buildbot just hosts status pages and coordinates results 
reported by external hosts that actually do the heavy lifting and 
continuos code builds.

Our OBF experiment is only a few days old but things look good. Not sure 
what the GE devs are thinking about regarding builds and continuous 
integration test suites but at least for buildbot it looks like a micro 
cloud server could be a suitable control point.
