[gridengine dev] junit.jar shouldn't be distributed?

The testsuite contains a version of junit.jar, but doesn't seem to
satisfy this section of the Common Public Licence:

      iv) states that source code for the Program is available from such
      Contributor, and informs licensees how to obtain it in a
      reasonable manner on or through a medium customarily used for
      software exchange.

I guess the jar should be removed.
