I'm unclear what you actually want.

6.2u4 is clearly not the latest, and the `courtesy' binaries weren't
complete (if that matters). I have a copy of the GNU/Linux ones
somewhere, but I don't know if I have a copy of the non-useful licence.

The Fedora SRPM builds on RedHat 5 with trivial changes, but is missing
(IMHO) important patches and doesn't support shared installs or have
Java stuff (if I recall correctly).
http://arc.liv.ac.uk/downloads/SGE/sge-20110321.tar.gz should build
trivially with a few development packages installed, except for the GUI
installer and Hadoop stuff <https://arc.liv.ac.uk/trac/SGE#Building>.
Looking at the build-related changes in it might give you clues for
building other versions.
