[gridengine users] MPICH2 1.2.1p1 gridengine integration

Hey,
I'm trying to tightly integrate MPICH2 1.2.1p1 with gridengine 6.2. I can't
get a newer version of MPICH2 because it breaks the MPI bindings in a number
of languages we use.

So, I'm trying to use the mpd startup method, but with the death of
sunsource I can't find the file that used to live here:

 http://gridengine.sunsource.net/howto/mpich2-integration/mpich2-62.tgz .

It contains scripts I need to help do the integration. Does anyone have a
mirror of it? I checked archive.org and they only have a copy of
mpich2-60.tgz . Please let me know if you have a copy.
