[gridengine users] Not Able to Submit to Que

We are using sge 6.1u2 . I get the following message when I try to submit
jobs Unable to run job: warning: username your job is not allowed to run in
any queue.

I have tried this with a different user and get the same message. Both of
the users I am trying to submit jobs with are part of the user group in SGE.
I am able to ping the nodes.
