Our plan here is to add DRMAA v2.0 support as soon as possible. The 
standard needs to be finalized at least for that.

Yes, other API requirements are welcome, either to check whether DRMAA 
v2.0 is up to the job or to see what other areas do require a public and 
stable interface.
