The new GPU integration in Grid Scheduler is a load sensor that uses
the management library API for Nvidia GPU & Tesla cards. The new API
set is different from the CUDA API used by Stephen's GPU load sensor.
The major difference is that the new API provides an interface to get
GPU core & GPU memory utilization and other information about the card
that is crucial to GPU job scheduling, while the old API interface is
mainly for GPU applications to query the hardware characteristics so
that the applications can tune themselves to run better on the card.

As mentioned by Ron back in August, we were working on GPU
integration, IPv6 support, and a few other things. While hwloc was
done back in Sept, we just recently restarted the IPv6 effort, so we
don't have a new version that includes the GPU integration for
download...
