[gridengine users] your job is not allowed to run in any queue

I have been trying to install grid engine using an automount dir.

First mistake was to install it on the home machine before the automount
was set up, resulting
in variables of the form "/d0/$automount_dir. Tried to fix this by rm -rf
@SGE_ROOT and the start
and stop scripts.

When running install_execd in the automount I got:

====
We can now add a queue instance for this host:

   - it is added to the >allhosts< hostgroup
   - the queue provides 2 slot(s) for jobs in all queues
     referencing the >allhosts< hostgroup

You do not need to add this host now, but before running jobs on this host
it must be added to at least one queue.

Do you want to add a default queue instance for this host (y/n) [y] >> y

denied: host group "@allhosts" does not exist
denied: cluster queue "all.q" does not exist
====

When i "qsub sleeper.sh" (either as root or user skip) I get

====
[root at elm jobs]# qsub sleeper.sh
Unable to run job: warning: root your job is not allowed to run in any queue
Your job 4 ("Sleeper") has been submitted.
Exiting.
====

Added "@allhosts" hostname and cluster name "all.q" using qmon, but has no
effect.

Skip
