[gridengine users] Dynamic Resources?

There is also a command to make it a one-liner without parsing. But the user in question needs manager rights in SGE, and can define anything he likes in SGE this way. A load sensor is the better way.

> If only this command didn't require a full replacement file, I wouldn't need to read the config file across the network just to change one line.  It would have been nice if I could change single resource values with <resource>=<value>.
