[gridengine users] Build on OS X

Hi Valerio,

I checked in some changes in trunk for OSX after the GE2011.11 release
(we needed to release something for SC11 and thus the OSX changes and
other things were not included in that release). You can just wget
some following files and replace them in your GE2011.11 source tree.

https://gridscheduler.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/gridscheduler/trunk/source/dist/util/arch

There actually are more changes for OSX 2 weeks ago, so if you have
SVN on your machine, just check out the latest trunk:
