[gridengine users] qsub command lines with "%s" result in SIGSEGV

No prolog, there's not a wrapper that I know of, posix_compliant
startup mode, 3.2.25(1)-release (x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu).

I originally found this with a non-echo command, this is just a test.
In any case, /bin/echo doesn't help.
$ qsub -b y -sync y /bin/echo %s
Your job 1628353 ("echo") has been submitted
Job 1628353 exited because of signal SIGSEGV
