It is (relevant), but the link does not work for me -- it just points me to a login page of a U Georgetown wiki. I have tried searching the accessible parts of the wiki, but to no avail. Google (well, Ask, actually) provided [1] with a pretty detailed explanation of the functional policy, but nothing as to Share -- I guess it's time to head for the sources.
