[gridengine users] delete submitted but not starting jobs

hello,

i submitted a job -> 14305. The job is pending for any reason. I deleted 
it. The qmon shows me 14305 in finished jobs tab.
But doing qstat, i don't see it:
bash-3.2$ qstat -j 14305
Following jobs do not exist:
14305
bash-3.2$ qacct -j 14305
error: job id 14305 not found
I see it with "qstat -f -s z" as a zombie.
Can i assert that a job not present in qstat or qacct is a job never 
starting, or there is another mean (by a script) ?
