[gridengine users] SIGKILL as last resort terminate_method

You want to drain the queue, or only terminate them in a special way? The terminate method is run under the user account, and hence he can kill his own job.

You mean the admin user(s) of SGE? Some create a special account like "sgeadmin" and group "gridware".
