$ grep jsv /opt/sge/ulgbc5/common/sge_request
$ qsub -clear -pe openmpi 4 -b y test
Unable to run job: job rejected: the requested parallel environment "openmpi" does not exist.
because the JSV translates "openmpi".
(I tend to think of client-side JSVs doing something useful for the
user, and server-side ones doing an enforcing job for the admin, but
obviously it doesn't have to be like that.)
