[gridengine users] docker under GE

Hi Sylvain,

Univa has create a native integration into Univa Grid Engine which we
call Container Edition. It is in Beta right now and will release by end
of this month.

You can do something like a 'docker run' inside of a job script even
without any integration, of course, but you'll loose accounting, won't
have things like epilogs influence what's going on in the container,
won't have resource limits, etc.

Singularity might work without such issues (haven't tried but from
reading about it that's what it looks like). That's because it's more of
a regular application which has its benefits and disadvantages, of course.

Cheers,

Fritz
